Megan Ferraro has over a decade of policy, communications and grassroots campaign experience. During that time, Megan has embraced the full spectrum of the political campaign world, including a 2012 Presidential primary race, the 2008 and 2004 Presidential campaigns, as well as numerous non-profit issue advocacy campaigns.
Since joining Nahigian Strategies in the fall of 2006, Megan has led the firm’s campaign initiatives designed and implemented on behalf of the firm’s government, private and non-profit sector clients, including The ZAC Foundation, the Brookings Institution’s Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform, the Consumer Electronics Association, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Megan worked closely with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on the development and execution of campaigns related to the Secretary’s priority projects, most specifically the Value-Driven Health Care, Affordable Choices, Electronic Health Records, and Import Safety initiatives. More recently, Megan has led several non-profit organizations’ messaging and marketing campaigns resulting in hundreds of millions of earned media impressions. Most importantly, these organizations are now positioned as experts in their respective fields. As a result of the firm’s recent successes supporting and managing non-profit organizations, Nahigian Strategies opened an office in Philadelphia, PA, in early 2015, where Megan serves as the office’s lead.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a concentration in Russian affairs from Villanova University.
