Vice President of Communications

Marcus Barlow is a communications professional with over ten years of experience as a spokesperson, strategist, speechwriter, and consultant in both the public and private sectors.

Barlow started in public relations on Capitol Hill as Press Secretary for Deputy Whip and House Ways and Means Member Chris Chocola. He then returned to Indiana to serve as the Director of Communications and Media for Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration, the state’s largest agency, under Governor Mitch Daniels. Barlow also served as Press Secretary for Indianapolis Mayor Gregg Ballard before joining the private sector as Public Relations counsel for various corporate clients. Barlow has extensive experience in healthcare, utilities, and crisis management communications and has appeared on FOXNEWS, CNN, ABC NEWS, and NPR as a contributor and spokesperson.
