Ken Nahigian offers clients of Nahigian Strategies more than 19 years of legislative policy, legal, and communications experience. As head of the firm’s Public Affairs Practice, Ken provides an expertise on a wide range of issues pertaining to healthcare, energy, consumer privacy and protection, product safety, federal trade, and transportation.
Over the years, Ken has spoken before industry conferences – and on television and radio programs – on a plethora of subjects ranging from comprehensive energy reform to corporate governance and the use of steroids in professional and amateur sports. Ken worked as an attorney in the Issues and Appeals Division of the law firm Jones Day, and subsequently as Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Donald Ivers on the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Ken currently works with clients in the energy, healthcare, investment, and homeland security fields. He served as the Senior Energy Advisor to the Reform Institute – a centrist think tank devoted to reform policy development.
Ken is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and Capital Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He is a native of Cleveland, Ohio; he is married and has two children.
